Getting here, Payment & Cancellations

If travelling by car : The nearby University Hospital car park is within a short walking distance along the Petersgraben, past the oldest University in Switzerland. If walking is not preferred, from the University Hospital you can take the number 34 bus in the direction of Bottmingen Schloss to Universität.
This is only a 2-minute ride. Street parking near the building is very limited but drop off and pick-up are possible.

Public transport : Our central location means we are easy to reach by public transport. There is a tram stop directly in front of the building and a bus stop very nearby. You can take tram number 3, or bus number 30 from the SBB (Basel Train Station) to the tram or bus stop Universität.
We are located on the the first floor, which is accessible by stairs or elevator. A map and full address can be found on our contact page.

Payment : We accept all major credit and debit cards.
On the day of treatment an invoice will be issued to your address and payment taken in the office.
We need an active email & home address to always be on file for this purpose.

Cancelling your appointment. We understand that circumstances change and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. We strive to be able to offer you short-notice appointments and remain flexible, so implement the following policy regarding cancellations.

To cancel your appointment : please email us to do so as soon as possible & no later than 48 hours from your appointment time. If you need to cancel after the 48 hour period we regrettably must charge an administration fee which is half the cost of your missed treatment.

Special Circumstances : If you fall ill during the 48 hours leading up to your appointment, this fee can be waived but only with a doctor's certificate of illness, or a positive PCR test.
